Is seemed as if most every Top 40 station had its "Morgan." Los Angeles had
its Robert W. Morgan; San Francisco had Roger W. Morgan. And Boston had its
incarnation of Morgan: Jerry.
The deep-voice of Jerry Morgan excited WRKO's 50,000 watts beginning on December
14, 1970. Unfortunately, we don't know much about him, except that he was one
of the jocks terminated when WRKO changed its format to album-oriented in late
1971. He came to the Big 68 from the Big 8/CKLW.
